We can, however, take before and after photographs of certain items to demonstrate to the Managing Agent that this has been the safest state the object can be in without expert involvement.

Dusting and wiping over furniture tops
All items must be collected and put in front of the cupboard in order for the cupboard to be washed. We accepts no liability for any loss or damage of cupboard Pieces.
NOTE: Standard blinds have a surface that can be dusted or washed without the need for an expert or additional time. Material blinds or curtains, for example, would necessitate the services of a blind professional. Venetian and rRoller blinds may be priced individually depending on the number of blinds in the home. A separate quotation would be needed for furnished properties.
For cleaning inaccessible sides of these objects or other heavy object above 5Kg (according to our Terms and Conditions) they must be transferred by the customer (and returned if relevant) in order for our cleaning team to obtain access and do the cleaning job.

Ceilings are not cleaned by us.
Our agents do not clean from a high point. Some washing that necessitates the use of a ladder would be avoided. For example, windows on the second floor of a condominium building.
We do our utmost to eliminate stains, but owing to the structure of the tiles or benchtops (some of which are highly porous), we are unable to do so without the assistance of a professional.
Damp spots may occur in any room of the building, and the ‘dry wall’ plaster is often affected. We clean the walls on a spot basis for insect tracks, etc., but a complete wall clean takes more time and sometimes does not provide a different result. If there are stains on the wall that aren’t caused by natural wear and tear, a thorough cleaning is expected.
We make every effort to eliminate mold from affected sites, however mold may get embedded in grout, silicon, and other materials. To restore these areas to their previous condition, a specialist would be needed.
With our commercial experience, we will do our utmost to clean all products, but discoloration is inevitable due to natural wear and tear on the property. Grout, sinks, and plastics will all discolor with time (often turning yellow), and they can’t be restored to their original color without the help of a professional.
Any places deemed unsafe by our cleaners to work in, such as damaged or scratched PowerPoints/switches, trash, bio waste, or any other threat that may be deemed dangerous.
We do not clean Garage walls or floors

Things such as refrigerators, chairs, and all other items not specified in the inclusions would not be cleaned until the parties agree in writing.
If things are not removed from inside cupboards, we will not clean them.
The kitchen products in cupboards and drawers are not cleaned or warranted by us.
Picture frames, vases, candles, clocks, fruit dishes, cloth, and any other decorative object are not cleaned or warranted by us.

We can not guarantee that inside or outside of the garage will be cleaned.
Areas outside the building are those that cannot be fully shielded from the environment . Balconies and patios, for example, or any space that cannot be fully enclosed, such as the exterior area of a house with just three walls, are among these areas. We would clean any outdoor areas if required as part of our inclusions, but we cannot guarantee these areas due to weather conditions.
We will clean the outside windows where we can (excluding windows at heights or difficult access) however due to weather circumstances we cannot warrant them.
We would not be held liable for any products that need extra cleaning after pest control which are not specifically connected to pest control. Examples include dead insects or animals that have grown on the premises as a result of pest control treatments.
Picture frames, flower pots, candles, clocks, fruit dishes, cloth, and any other decorative object are not cleaned or warranted by us.
